Turning IFI's strategy into focused action
IFI delivers its mission through a portfolio of programmes that generate evidence, shape narratives and strengthen collaboration around the rights of women, children and young people. Each programme responds to a defined set of ecosystem needs while applying IFI's shared strategic approach.

Women and Children's Rights Observatory (WoCRO)
WoCRO is Inclusive Futures Initiative's flagship observatory programme. It monitors, maps and makes sense of the rights ecosystem, transforming fragmented information into accessible evidence and practical insight for decision-makers, practitioners and communities.

Understanding the ecosystem. Strengthening decision-making.
Effective action begins with a clear understanding of the systems we seek to change. WoCRO brings together research, data, policy developments, actors and emerging trends to build a more complete picture of the rights ecosystem. By making knowledge more visible, connected and accessible, the Observatory supports more informed decisions, stronger coordination and better outcomes for women, children and young people.
WoCRO is a rights observatory. It monitors, maps and synthesises evidence from across the women's, children's and young people's rights ecosystem, making complex information more accessible to those working to strengthen policy, practice and collaboration.
